We love to be in your yard with your pets; interacting with our clients and their pets is the best part of our day! If you are absolutely sure they will be friendly with our crew and aren't at risk of running away when we open your gate, feel free to let them interact with us.
However, we only enter yards when dogs are present if we’ve been informed that they are safe to approach. If your dog is protective, reactive, skittish, or not friendly with strangers, please keep them inside while we clean. You can keep us updated on the details of your pets via email at hello@myscoopr.com or in the "Dog Info" section of your client portal profile so we can schedule accordingly and keep everyone safe.
We take your pet’s safety seriously. Every visit includes a double-check of all gates, and we send a photo confirmation so you know everything is secure. Our techs are trained to spot potential escape risks and will notify you if we notice anything concerning in your yard.
We stand by our work. If something’s not right, we’ll come back and make it right—guaranteed.
No contracts! You can pause or cancel service at anytime, no penalties or fees.
We bill automatically each month on the first day of the month. New customers may see a reduced bill only covering the prorated amount (your monthly subscription divided by how many visits remaining that month) remaining in the first month before full billing begins the following month. Yes! Our One-Time Deep Clean is perfect for move-outs, post-winter yard resets, or event prep.
We scoop in most weather conditions. If severe weather makes it unsafe or ineffective, we’ll reschedule and notify you.
We make every effort to keep your schedule on the same day of the week to stay consistent and help you know when to expect us.
However, if something unexpected occurs, we may need to come on a different day that week. We will communicate any changes to your normal routine so you're kept well-informed.
On weeks that include a major holiday, we will adjust the schedule slightly to ensure your holiday celebrations aren't interrupted and our team members get the chance to spend time with their families. But don't worry, you'll still receive your complete service that week.
We cover your entire accessible yard—not just the lawn. That includes patios, gravel areas, mulch beds, and anywhere pets tend to go. If your yard is large(more than 1/4 acre), we base our service on the total square footage you want covered, and we always focus extra attention on high-traffic and play zones.
Nope! We haul it away for you as part of our all-in-one service. Your trash stays clean, your bins stay fresh, and your yard stays worry-free. We also deodorize your trash bins at every visit as a courtesy service to help reduce flies and other pests.
If you choose 3 or more visits per week, you’ll be able to pick the exact days we service your yard based on our available schedule. For less than 3 visits per week, we’ll assign your service days based on route efficiency, and may need to change your service days periodically as our routes grow.
We adapt our schedule depending on route density to keep it as efficient as possible so you get the service you need at the lowest price.
Yes! We proudly offer a 20% discount for those who serve our country and our local community! Active duty military members, retired veterans, first-responders, educators (school cafeteria workers, custodians and other staff are included, of course!)
