Founded in 2025 by Jordan Burghoff and his family (including our mascot, Bodie) in Augusta, GA, Scoopr was built with one mission: give CSRA dog owners cleaner, safer, stress-free backyards, held to the same standard Jordan expects for his own family. From day one, we’ve focused on full-service care, combining waste removal with our yard washing process, odor control, and yard sanitation for a cleaner finish. In a short time, we’ve expanded across Richmond, Columbia, and Aiken Counties, trusted by families from Fort Gordon to Evans, Grovetown, and North Augusta. Along the way, we’ve created living-wage jobs for team members who share our commitment to professionalism, community, and doing things right.

Every visit includes complete waste removal, off-site haul-away, and our oxygen-based shampoo wash on the areas we clean to break down residue, reduce health risks, and remove odor at the source. You also get ETA texts to know when we’ll arrive and closed-gate photo confirmation when your gate is closed.

Great question – most of our customers work full-time and are not home during service. We’ll arrange secure access that works for you, whether that’s a gate code, lock box, or specific instructions. We ALWAYS double-check gates and send you a photo confirmation showing your gate is locked after each visit. Our techs are background-checked, professionally trained, and covered by comprehensive insurance.
We love interacting with dogs – it’s the best part of our day! If your dogs are friendly with strangers and won’t bolt when we open the gate, they’re welcome to stay outside. However, if your dog is protective, reactive, or skittish, please keep them inside during service for everyone’s safety. Just let us know your dogs’ temperaments in your client portal or email.

We clean the areas your dogs use, including the main yard, side yard, dog run, and other high-traffic spots. Your standard plan covers up to 1/8 acre of service area, and we can quote expanded areas if needed.
Yes! We keep your service on the same day each week for consistency. When you sign up, we’ll contact you within 24 hours to confirm your regular service day. You’ll always know when to expect us. If holidays or unusual circumstances require a change, we’ll text you in advance. In rare circumstances, we may need to adjust your service day to ensure our routes stay as efficient as possible. If that happens, we’ll notify you at least a week in advance.
Simple and transparent! We bill monthly on the 1st. Your first month is prorated – meaning you only pay for the visits remaining in that first month. After that, regular monthly billing begins. You’ll receive clear invoices by email and can manage everything online through your client portal. We accept all major credit and debit cards. No surprise fees, ever.
